📋 Scheme Overview
Kanya Sumangala Yojana is a social welfare scheme by Uttar Pradesh government aimed at promoting the welfare of the girl child by providing financial support at 6 key stages of her development — from birth to graduation.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Girl child born on or after April 1, 2019 (for birth category)
- Family income below ₹3 lakh per year
- Maximum 2 girl children per family benefited
- Must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh
- Girl must be unmarried at time of application

- ₹2,000 at birth
- ₹1,000 after first vaccination
- ₹2,000 on Class 1 admission
- ₹2,000 on Class 6 admission
- ₹3,000 on Class 9 admission
- ₹5,000 on 10+2 or diploma admission (₹15,000 total)

- Create account with Aadhaar-linked mobile number
