✅ Eligibility Criteria
- This scheme upgrades existing government schools — not a direct student benefit scheme
- Students already enrolled in selected PM SHRI government schools in West Bengal benefit automatically
- PM SHRI schools are selected by a national committee from existing Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas, and state government schools
- Schools with strong management, infrastructure potential, and community engagement preferred
