📋 Scheme Overview
PM Ujjwala Yojana provides free LPG connections to women from BPL households to replace polluting cooking fuels like wood, coal, and dung cakes with clean LPG, improving health outcomes for women and children.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Women from BPL households aged 18+
- Should not already have an LPG connection
- Applicable to SC/ST, PMAY beneficiaries, AAY, forest dwellers, tea garden workers
- Migrants also eligible under Ujjwala 2.0 with self-declaration
